RE/MAX Crest Realty is a locally owned North Vancouver company. The Crest office was started in the early 1960’s as a land development, residential construction and Real Estate Sales company. During this time, Crest Construction built more than 1,200 homes in North and West Vancouver. Although they stopped building in the early eighties, you will still see homes being advertised by Realtors as “Crest Built”. This prestige and hard earned reputation of doing things right continues to this day. Today, through the Crest office’s affiliation with the RE/MAX organization, we are able to provide accurate information on any real estate market in North America. Cecelia Simmons

Cecelia was raised on the North Shore, and today still calls it her home. She truly understands the unique features of this stunning mountainside community and earnestly promotes it as an unbeatable place to call home. After a successful 14-year career with a major department store in management, Cecelia directed her compassion for the North Shore, and her skills in communications and organization to the business of selling real estate. As a REALTOR®, Cecelia empathically listening to the needs of her clients, and actively assists them in achieving their real estate goals. Her track record and the degree of repeat clients and the level of referrals she receives from satisfied past customers, speaks for itself. Together with Keith, Cecelia is part of a highly experienced team who has the knowledge and support systems to help clients realize and exceed their investment goals.

Keith Simmons

Keith also has deep roots on the North Shore and has the family history to prove it. In 1912, his grandfather built a home, where he later raised Keith’s father. The quality built house still stands today in the Central Lonsdale area. Keith began his career in real estate after a successful career in sales management in the marine and sporting goods industries. Keith’s sales and marketing skills were enhanced further by his training in the real estate industry. He has achieved an Agent 9.15 designation, which included several advanced courses in Market Value Appraisal techniques and Real Estate Law. Today, Keith uses his experience and expertise to give clients accurate information, and help them make those sometime difficult decisions when it comes to buying or selling their home. Together with Cecelia and Carol, Keith is a true professional in his field.
